How it works
1 - Media is gathered and is boxed up to be mailed to us or can be brought in to our location in Sunnyvale, CA.
2 - Once your items have been brought to us, we enter it into our system where your media is tagged with a unique order number (to ensure nothing gets lost or mixed up) and then we tranfer your media to DVD or digital file formats.
3 - Once your order is completed, we mail it back to you or you will receive a call that your order is ready to be picked up.
All work is done right here in our facility in Sunnyvale, CA. None of your memories leaves our facility. You will receive your original materials back as well as your new DVDs and/or digital files.
