Service personnel handle more than 15000 calls each month.

Order
Check-In Department |
| Order and Customer information
is entered into our computerized tracking system as soon as the order
is received. Each item in the order is tagged with a barcode label
which allows us to track each order throughout production.

Order
Preparation and Pricing |
All orders
are prepared for production. Prints
and slides are counted and placed in order. Orders are
carefully reviewed and, when
necessary, customers are called to clarify and verify
instructions. Next we transfer direct to DVD.
All original materials are returned.

Film
Splicing Department |
| 50-foot reels are spliced on
to 400-foor reels. The film is cleaned and lubricated, then
transferred direct to DVD.

Film Direct to DVD
|
| Each movie
transfer is carefully monitored for quality by our
trained technicians. Movie transfer is a significant
part of our business. We average more than
3,780,000 feet of film transferred every month.
We transfer at 480 lines of resolution. Every effort is made
not to transfer unexposed areas longer than 5 to 10 seconds.

Tape
Duplication & Conversion |
| We can
convert almost any video tape format to DVD or any other video
tape format. We produce hundreds of duplications
and conversions per day. We are equipped to handle most
domestic and foreign tape formats.

DVD and
CD-R Transfer |
| We use the latest
technology, transferring directly to DVD. We have 1200 transfer
stations running 6 days a week from 8:00AM to 2:00AM.
During holiday season, we run 7 days a week. We are equipped to handle most
domestic and foreign tape formats.

Digital
Graphics Department |
| Photo
retouching, photo enhancement, background changes, add
or remove people/objects, color restoration,
enlargement/resize photos, banners, posters, flyers,
advertisements, on-site photography, golf tournaments,
custom enlargements, calendars, etc.

Print
Transfer Technology |
| Digital images,
all sizes of prints, slide shows, custom editing, memorials, weddings,
and Personal Video Production are handled here.
Print images are digitized and put into
our computer system to produce your personal DVD's including music and titles.

Slide
Transfer Technology |
| The latest
image capture technology is used to produce slide
transfers. Slides are captured at 1280 x 1040 dpi.
These images can be printed or emailed.
Slides are transferred to computer disk and then directly to DVD with music and titles.

Quality
Control Department |
| No order is
considered complete until it has been thoroughly checked
by our Quality Control Technicians. When they are
completely satisfied that all Denevi quality standards
have been met, the order is packaged for shipment.

Shipping/Receiving Department
|
| The
completed orders, including the original source
material, are securely packaged to ensure that they
arrive undamaged at their destinations. All orders are
shipped with full tracking linked to our internal order system.
