were not properly numbered in the sequence in which you want them to be transferred to video. Since you did not number your materials, we cannot proceed with the processing of your order until you provide us with written authorization to do one of the following:

• Option 1 - We will return the materials to you to be numbered as follows:
  . Film reels or video tapes each clearly numbered in the order to be transferred
  . Prints each numbered in pencil on the back in the order to be transferred
  . Slides each numbered in the upper right-hand corner in the order to be transferred
  
• Option 2 - We will transfer your material to video in no particular order. If you are dissatisfied with the end result because of the sequencing of materials during the transfer, any further work performed will be subject to additional charges. All other warranty terms will still apply.
